Payment and Policies
PAYMENT:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and cash payment, e.g., through Paypal, as well as certified checks. We require an initial 50% design fee deposit to initiate a design agreement. The design process begins upon receipt of photos, measurements and completed Site Survey. The remaining balance is due before we ship plans and plant list to you.
POLICIES:
Cancellation within 5 days of signed contract: Full refund.
Cancellations thereafter: pro-rated design fee @ $95.00 per hour of designer’s time.
